Organizational Structure
The ING DIRECT Kids Foundation is a Delaware non-profit 501 (c) (3) foundation governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees and led by Chief Executive Arkadi Kuhlmann. The ING DIRECT Kids Foundation organizes its initiatives into two areas of focus:
- Financial education;
- Youth life skills programs and personal development.
Every project or program undertaken by The Kids Foundation must fit within the scope of at least one of these two areas of focus. Foundation activities place special emphasis on those who face challenges that are not being addressed by others. Among our target audiences are:
- Youth (ages 6 -12),
- Low-income youth and adolescent, and
